Dr. Cody De La Mater, PT, DPT, FIT, a California native, specializes in evidence-based physical therapy. We begin with a comprehensive evaluation to assess your condition and develop a personalized treatment plan for you. Our evaluations include a detailed medical history, physical examination, and functional assessment.
In-Home Treatment
We provide private, in-home physical therapy sessions for your convenience. We bring all the necessary equipment to your home and work with you in a comfortable and familiar environment.
